A memory screen is a wellness tool to help identify possible changes in memory and brain health.
It creates a baseline so that future changes can be monitored, it’s free and takes only 10 minutes!
Get immediate results!
The screen can be done in your home or at our office. At your request, we will mail the results to your health care provider.

Boost Your Brain and Memory Class is a unique program that takes a holistic approach to improving brain health in older adults. Participants will learn new habits to maintain brain health while practicing new skills for better memory performance.
The seven-session class is free and space is limited.

Growing Connections
A social and educational program for older adults to improve brain health. No garden, gardening experience or green thumb required! Enjoy the joys of gardening and nature together every other month with this fun program! Volunteers will lead the workshops, and each has a separate subject and includes a presentation, snack and an activity. You’ll bring home your project, all supplies and materials are included and there is no charge for the program.
2026 Dates/Topics:
June 3rd: Pollinators Learn how to attract pollinators to your garden. Pollinator craft.
August 5th: Edible Flowers Sample edible flowers and plant seeds of the flowers you like.
October 7th: Apples Learn about growing apples. Taste test a variety of apples and apple craft.
December 2nd: Centerpieces/Wreaths Learn about Evergreens. Decorate your own centerpiece or wreath.

Mind Over Matter (MOM) Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder
A 3-session, evidence based workshop to empower women 50+ with the tools they need to take control of their bladder and bowel symptoms. This workshop will provide information and group activities along with simple exercises and dietary changes to practice at home. Participants will also be provided tools to help set personal goals and mark progress!

Six weeks to improved overall health and reduced pain!
This six-week, self-paced program from the Arthritis Foundation is proven to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve overall health.
No classes to attend- walk where & when you want to:
reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
increase balance, strength and walking pace
build confidence in your ability to be physically active
improve overall health
As a registered participant, the ADRC will provide you with a Walk with Ease guidebook and tracking forms by mail and one check-in call from the ADRC Health Promotions Coordinator to help you along your journey!
